Separating Magnets

Magnetic grids are extremely efficient at removing fine iron contamination from fine flowing dry products. Each tube of the grid emits intense bands of magnetism which are so powerful they can secure rust particles and stainless steel scrapings that are paramagnetic.
Contamination captured by the tubes of the grid magnet quickly finds sanctuary underneath away from the flow.

Swinging arm separator
|
The Swinging arm separator is a very versatile and portable unit. It has a substantial highly polished stainless steel hopper which feeds the product through two staggered rows of high intensity tube magnets (6000G).
The unit is supplied with a heavy vertical stand and a connecting arm. This allows the magnet/hopper assembly to swing out of the product flow for cleaning.
The 'Easy Clean' system enables the collected contamination to be discharged in seconds
